I had a foreman come out for a quote and we discussed my issue in length. I was told there was probably rot under the shingles around my leaking skylight and they can rip up the shingles, replace the rotted ply, redo the flashing around the skylight, and then seal it all up nice. It would cost extra if there was more rot than expected.
