I have lived in 2 different apartments at the Marquis in South Charlotte over the past 11 years. The community (residents and staff) are fantastic! The amenities have been upgraded several times (pool area, dog park, gym, business center, shared spaces). We have had many amazing community events to get to know our neighbors. Upgrades within the apartment have been made (i.e. beautiful tile backsplash). You walk in to grab a package and they know your name and apartment number. So many trees and amazing upkeep of the property... read more
Carmel Valley is the best condo in Charlotte, beautiful apartment layout, lots of amenities, awesome staff, weekly activities with the community, pet/kid friendly, couldn’t ask for a better place to raise my kids 😊
Be careful! I lived here for 6 months and could not get out fast enough! The trash compactor was out at least once a month, the water was out twice(for two days then three) and the neighborhood kids broke into cars twice(no exaggeration). The outsides look great, and I was given a new apartment which was very lovely, but the inconveniences were awful. I requested the shortest lease possible (I was buying a house) and though I told them frequently when asked that no, I did not want to extend, they charged me extra (over $600)... read more

I would leave zero stars if I could a sprinkler room piped bust not our fault destroyed everything we had this is the second apartment we had in this place since we were being abused by our last neighbor in the other apartment and the office staff did nothing and saw it happen so piped busted blew a hole in the wall they gave us a room for two night and told us the apartment may be ready in a month and we have to find out own living arrangements till then we lost everything due to a problem in the pipe which is on y'all and ... read more
