Debbie was the best social worker when my Grandma was in the facility. Joyce & Debbie were very professional and accommodating with communication and making sure family was updated.
If I could give no stars, I would. If you love your family, do not put them here! The complete lack of communication among staff and with families is atrocious. We requested weekly emails regarding progress, was promised to get them, got none. My mom was a 2 person assist for transfers, and was constantly told she had to wait for someone to come back from a break before she could be helped to the restroom... It is against state law to have only one person available on the floor when there are 2 person assist residents presen... read more
These folks are amazing. We have a family member there, and she's in a lot of pain, but she can't say enough good about how caring and kind they've been. Care facilities get a bad rap, and some of them deserve it, but this one deserves to be recognized. Their work is important, challenging and taxing, and they do it well and with grace.
Their priorities are completely out of wack. They will keep your family member in need of assistance abandoned constantly and will do nothing about it but as soon as they get served a soup that's too chunky they'll reprimand the server. (not the cook) It may seem nice but the the kitchen is a toxic work environment.
My family member had the best care at this amazing facility and it began with the concern and care to be recieved while at this facility. Social worker Debbie and RCM Joyce were very attentive to thier needs and concerns. Taking the time to not only explain the care plan but to also make sure it was carried out. What an amazing team
