Asked to turn AC in lounge TV room, no one new how to turn it on or where the thermostat was, they said they would ask. went back and then they said they will ask maintenance but think they ate gone for the day. Then I went back and they said a maintenance person will come, but they are on lunch. So mean whole my dad who is 91 has to deal with the heat??? So employees lunch is more important then customer?

I had a friend I took care of here. Hailey is the best! She helped me in every way possible. This place is wonderful. I know my friend wasn't the perfect patient, but when you are 96 and in pain, who would be? My praises to this place! I will not take anyone anywhere else. I only met one staff member who was not pleasant to be around. It is a very good place for a person to go to.

I can't sing the praises for the totally amazing staff at Marquis Mill Park Post Acute Rehab loudly enough. Every one of the staff members here are caring, dedicated, friendly and nothing short of phenomenal at what they do. Big shout outs to Jeannette, Milo and Greg for taking such terrific care of Al and paving the way for what truly was a miraculous recovery for him. You have no idea how much what you do means and how invaluable the services you provide are. You're a bunch of angels. Thank you a million times over. Peter.

I was taken well care of, and had a great experience while I was there. Staff was friendly.
