This company is horrible. I live in Western Pines in Oklahoma the property manager slap my name on a document dated for June gave it to me on July 7th so they could raise my rent on August 1st not giving me my 30 day notice.. The property management company is aware and doesn’t care. My neighbor harassed me, I had file a police report. Marquis Asset Management needs to be held accountable for the mismanagement happening at Wesley Square Apartments—especially under the leadership of Property Manager Deaonca Bouguere. Earlier this month, my apartment flooded with brown water from above, destroying my children’s beds, clothes, and toys.
