I purchased a necklace for me and a bracelet for my wife in Grand Cayman Island. They didn’t have the 20” necklace in stock and told me the home office, in NJ, would send it to my house back in the US. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after I got home. Three days after I got home, I called the store in Grand Cayman. They advised that the NJ store had a flood and it would be another week. I waited the week, no necklace. Great local business. Mr. Caparyan recognized me although I had not been in the store in a long time. He treated me extremely well even though I was there for a very small purchase. This is something you can't get on line or in a department store.
