The truth is $$$$$$ is more important than residents. I visited a facility that had shortage of staff, shortage of supplies, dog food as meals, broken equipment and no concern about the residents. I've seen POWs treated better than the residents. My friend has been sick constantly since getting there. Every time I see her, she is sick. She can't eat what they claim is food.
