I am writing about 3 individuals who are an extreme asset to Montgomery Sub Acute in Plymouth Meeting PA these staff members are knowledgeable caring empathetic and have personally helped me to continue to heal and grow and they work hard and take pride in what they do and I want them to be recognized for their dedication to all residents as well as to myself. My family’s experience with one of the facilities under the management of Marquis Health Consulting Services, Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center was deeply troubling, and now we believe the issues extend beyond poor care into retaliation against families who speak up. During my aunt’s 11-day stay in 2024, we witnessed and documented serious problems: Trash left on the floors and unsanitary bathrooms (with photos).
