I have had mixed experiences with your facility at Willow Springs. I had a relative there during COVID and was impressed by the professionalism and care given to my relative. He passed away but was very happy about the care and help he received. To that Willow Spring, i am thankful. I made another visit and was impressed by yhe greetings i received from the staff. My aunt is in your facility in Lebanon PA. Alpine Valley. The residents have not had TV service for 6 days. No notice was given about the disconnection of the service and do not know when service will be restored!! Unacceptable!! Also, we have been complaining about the food which is terrible for over a month now. My aunt is there to spend the rest of her days in comfort but instead only gets fustration and disappointment!! This used to be a nice decent facility until Marquis took over.
Reading these reviews I see 1 common denominator for the 1 and 2 stars and that is Marquis only cares about money, not the care their facilities provide. These 5 stars are mostly employees with at least one being an executive of the company, Vice President of Operations/Senior Living Division for Mid-Atlantic Division and several others who work for or are associated with the company.
