If I could give zero stars, I would. Re: Experience at Montgomery Subacute: Our family learned about Montgomery Subacute from a case manager at Jefferson Hospital. We visited the facility and met the Director of Nursing, Respiratory and Admissions. They answered our questions and made assurances about my mother's care. Unfortunately have not had any luck with someone answering the phone
I have to change my opinion of the Marquis Group. They have provided us with three new administrators in a row that, despite COVID, have made improvements. Our current new administrator is hands on and trying to solve problems as soon as they are identified and a solution found. I have had the pleasure of knowing four outstanding administrators, Ralph, Eli, Joe and Lee. Better administrators are impossible to find.
