This is the absolute worst company to deal with. They took over my Mom's long term care facility in Virginia. They raised the rate 30% and for 2 months, we have been unable to get in touch with any representative from this company. Stay away
I want to share my personal experience for families considering a community owned by this organization. In my opinion, while the buildings and amenities may look impressive, the quality of care and overall support for residents and staff could be stronger. From what I observed, staffing levels often seemed stretched thin, and employees were working very hard under difficult conditions. I am writing about 3 individuals who are an extreme asset to Montgomery Sub Acute in Plymouth Meeting PA these staff members are knowledgeable caring empathetic and have personally helped me to continue to heal and grow and they work hard and take pride in what they do and I want them to be recognized for their dedication to all residents as well as to myself.
