My mom was transferred here after breaking her femur. She was there less than 24 hours. I couldn’t reach her which is unusual so I contacted the nurses station and they got her phone. All she could say was O and ow. I thought she was in pain but no. I got up there to discover she had had a stroke. The CNA noticed it at 6 that morning. Nobody called me or did anything. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make the recovery process as smooth as possible. There is a lot of physical and occupational therapy which helped me transition from a wheelchair to walking with a cane.
Took my my wife from this facility on Thanksgiving day. They know the reason why. Took her to Emergency. Recovered at home. When we left this facility the staff would not even open the door for us and my wife was in a wheelchair. The care in her room by staff except for 2, were great
