5 Star : My Experience Really great communication with staff. Scott understood the vehicle well, as he owns the same make/model, and was extremely helpful. Alyssa was great with her communication and kept me updated, and was also just very professional and courteous. This vehicle had to be returned for its lease on the day after the service was completed at Marquis, and I really appreciated the thorough cleaning of the vehicle you guys provided - it made it so much easier for me to return the vehicle.
5 Star : My Experience I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received at Marquis Auto Body from start to finish. I worked with Scott and Alyssa on some damage to my car caused by someone backing into it. They were very responsive, helped me to scope the cost it would cost the person who hit my for an out-of-pocket payment, then worked with the insurance agency after they decided to use their insurance rather than pay out of pocket.
