RecommendedI just moved in a few weeks ago. I have stayed a 2 apartments and 1 rented condo over the past few years. Marquis at Westchase is far and above the best choice. I can't even really explain why. It has very functional floorplans and the attached garage - well, who doesn't want that. I am happy to call my apartment with Marquis my home. It feels like home.
The Marquis at Westchase is an amazing property and the staff that manages makes it every bit of awesome. I’ve never had a bad experience living here and I will continue my residency by renewing my lease next week. The assistant manager Tiffany has gone well out of her way to take care of any concerns I’ve had as well as given me her time to listen to me when I had a rough time after my job lay off.
