Yes I would recommend these Apts. It's easy to get on the freeway without fighting a lot of traffic of course trek you get on the freeway!!! Lol. But all freeways are that way. I told some friends about the Apts and they are going to check them out. I've been there during bad weather and NO FLOODING....I always check places out in bad weather. I want to live there but my lease is another 4mo. Can't wait!!!!! The manager there is very sweet and helpful, I just hope she is still there when I move. Will check, cuz it's importan... read more

I love living here. The front office is great when you have an issue. They throw great resident socials! Every thing is kept up with and the grounds and pool are always clean. If I put in a work order it is usually completed the same day! They have done everything they can to make living there easy and simple.
The staff is wonderful and the community is kept in amazing shape. No safety concerns here. Ease of access to 44, hardy, 99 make this ideal for commuters. Super pet friendly and very awesome neighbors.
