Marquis at Silver Oaks gets 5 stars from me! My experience with Amy, Kevin, and Karen have been stellar. Amy was an incredible resource helping with a wide range of questions. Her exemplary knowledge, resources, and kindness is what sets her and the Marquis at Silver Oaks apart. Called for an asap move in. The man on the phone said we cannot do that and you can’t have a special. WTH is wrong with these places now days. I am or was ready to move in asap.
I lived here for about six years. Overall I never had any complaints with the property itself. Everything was reasonably maintained. In six years nobody ever messed with the tools in the back of my pickup. There wasn't ever any loud noises. The worst it ever got was a motorcycle guy going home every once in a blue moon. Potential resident here. So far is looking good and we are delighted! The staff, Karen was kind and super efficient at showing us all the information with detail, Kevin and Amy were very very welcoming and really attentive to follow up the process, offering several options to show us the apartment. Communication is a must and so far it has been nothing but excellent. We are waiting to see the apartment. Will update this review hopefully as residents!
