My fiance’ and I dropped in and were quickly greeted and treated with the most caring, friendly attitude from Kendall! We felt like she wanted the best for us, explained the details, and was very patient! The entire experience was pleasant, low pressure and informative! We highly recommend Marquis @ Silver Oaks and definitely couldn’t pass up this awesome property and staff!
I have lived here almost a year and have loved every moment of it. The office staff is always friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Kevin for always going above and beyond). Direct access to a nice trail, great amenities, excellent communication from the office when things are going on around the apartment. I’ve never experienced better management from any other apartments. The apartment itself is spacious and gets great natural light. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Marquis!
Hi! I've only been here for 3 months but I already love it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. My dog loves the trail and the dog park. It's also very quiet, it's an oasis close to the city!

I’m coming up on my 1 year anniversary here and have had nothing but positive experiences :) Very happy with my apartment and love the walking trail and all the wildlife around it!
