I visited my cousin last month and here is my review for this community. Marquis at Silver is a well-maintained community with a pleasant atmosphere and responsive management. The apartments are spacious, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and major roads. The first time I lived here, I had a nice enough experience that I came back after living in the inner city for a while. Both times have been great. It's evident that the staff and property manager care about the quality of life here. There is often work being done to improve or repair things that are wearing down. No major complaints. Good: - The grounds are well-maintained. Grass is green and cut short in the common areas. - The pool areas are nice and are usually open. Terrible experience. Fire alarms goes off randomly for long period of time. Neglectful pet owners, leaving their dog poop everywhere. Rowdy loud dogs. Management is by far the worst they don’t need to close their office early to have a damn party for themselves. Very unreliable. Very selfish of them to neglect their tenants!! Uneducated about their own property and units. Would not recommend.
Marquis at Silver Oaks gets 5 stars from me! My experience with Amy, Kevin, and Karen have been stellar. Amy was an incredible resource helping with a wide range of questions. Her exemplary knowledge, resources, and kindness is what sets her and the Marquis at Silver Oaks apart. Called for an asap move in. The man on the phone said we cannot do that and you can’t have a special. WTH is wrong with these places now days. I am or was ready to move in asap.
