The Apartment facility itself is nicely designed and the apartment is spacious. The problem is constantly broken gates, so saying the in the amenities gated is a joke when the gates are broken. The elevators are broke often. People with disabilities and groceries have problems getting up the stairs. The long overdue powerwashing is good but simply hiring a Security Officer to enforce the parking, loitering, noise, and littering would solve a lot of the problems for what the rent is you telling me you can't contract a securit... read more
