Edit 3/5/25: I was told today by management that the upstairs tenant simply decided against the plan to move her family into a unit more conducive to their sensory needs. I will be contacting RPM as I completely expect to be let out of my lease with no penalty as there seems to be no viable solutions by management. Nice inside very nice
The worst apartments to live in you call the office to complain about another tenant and they don’t do ABSOLUTELY nothing about it they say oh we going to tell them and they don’t tell them nothing And as far as the office manager Ms.Michelle is the worst and have a nasty attitude. When you call the office she sighs on the phone like dang it’s you again like she doesn’t feel like doing her job. I like the apartment I have I been here since July, it's October now its true the elevators break a lot but most of the time it be fixed the same day we have Security cameras in the parking lot I'm not sure if they work but we can use more security around here they have a homeless shelter next door and the people from the shelter be all around here getting high shooting needles in their arm.
