I attempted to install a new kitchen faucet and ran into an issue. I called the office and sent a couple photos of the problem. A very short time later I was told that someone would be there in a couple of minutes, and he was. Frank took a look and quickly explained what needed to be done as well as identifying another issue with the drain. An hour later everything was fixed and done well.
