Worst customer service. Will never go back
Poor and rude customer service! We went in, told them I wanted to customize a pendant like one I’d seen in a picture online because they had previously said if we brought in a picture they could mirror the design. The lady began helping us and started showing me pendants they had at the store similar to it. I kindly reminded her I wanted to create one like they had offered before (this was our 2nd visit).
