Yesenia Marquez with American family insurance is amazing. I had State Farm for many years. Called in for a quote by the end of the day, I completely switched my homeowners and my car insurance because of the price and the customer service that she provides is top-tier
I personally know Yesenia Marquez since 2016, she was my agent at another ins company. She is very knowledgeable of what she is doing, very polite and very professional. Yesenia Marquez by far is one of the worst agents at this location. She has no knowledge nor experience as an insurance agent. Her response to every situations is “I’m sorry, I’ll look into it” (never does) I do not recommend this agent/company to anyone.
Best experience I ever had when buying car and life insurance. Yesenia Marquez was very patient and knowledgeable answering all the question that came up. Highly recommend American family insurance at Yesenia’s !
