Always a pleasant experience.. All staff and Dr are cordial, happy, curtious,professional and accurate in their service. I truly appreciate the special things they do in the event of a loved pets passing. Very impressive and truly caring.
We had our dog Kryptonite for 10 years. Dr. Brauer was his vet his whole life and we always liked our experience there, but when we had to make the decision to put our Krypy down, Dr Brauer and his staff made the experience the least traumatizing it can be to make such a choice. Dr Brauer and his staff are patient and caring. He takes the time to fully explain things and walk through options. We're so glad we have him as our vet.
Dr.Brauer is amazing. He is extremely caring, patient and compassionate. He answered our emergency phone call Christmas night and met us at the clinic at 3 a.m. with a smile on his face. The staff is also very kind and so great at getting us in for short notice appointments. We are lucky to have such a wonderful place for our animals to go.
