Had a blood draw in the morning so made myself some coffee, drank half, and left for my appointment. They were so fast that, when I got back home, my half cup of coffee on the counter was still warm! Talk about service!

I’m a Combat Vet who has been thrown around like a used wash rag by this facility. This place is so extremely unprofessional and such a disgrace to the American government. I was completely dropped as a client by my psychologist and psychiatrist back to back. Both were abrupt and left me completely without medical care. I’m a disabled vet who more than qualifies for this care so I would like to warn all people with any need for mental health stability, stay as far away from this building and the employees/providers in it. Since transferring from Saginaw due to move, nothing but disappointment and frustration with this clinic. Apathetic, rude staff and employees. Very difficult to reach anyone when you have an issue. Left 2 messages with nurse line for follow up as not feeling better to never get a call back. Mistakes made by nurses regarding type of therapy needed and ordered. Psychiatrist most condescending apathetic individual I have ever met. Complete disappointment. A real travesty to the veteran community who deserve so much more.
Rude staff, uneducated PA about resources of the VA, Provider was rude, “you have wasted a hour of my time already you can come back but you can’t get in for 3 weeks “ We came from Cheyenne Wyoming where the care and staff were amazing.
