I am extremely impressed with the service and quality of Marquette Soft Water. I am a single woman who had little knowledge of what a water softener entailed. Gene educated me, explained everything very thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure my system was safe. He has followed up and made sure everything was working as it should. The price he charged me was hundreds (almost 1000 dollars) cheaper than Trouble-Free and my service was personalized to what I needed. Gene listened to me and did a wonderful job!
Highly recommend. I had rented a unit from another company and found getting a new softener and reverse osmosis system from Marquette was worth the upfront cost. I am so happy I decided to add the RO, and the new softener has restored water pressure throughout my house and saved me from buying a new dishwasher! Professional installation - Gene knows his stuff. Very happy with my purchase.
