I have been with Marquette for years never had a problem until recently when spectrum took money out of my account that spectrum didn't have permission to do so. So I tried to a do a dispute and they refuse to do one and it's not my account for spectrum so they had no business taking money out of my account I let a family member that's gave me money to do a one time payment that's all it was and Marquette. So I don't trust them as a bank no longer and I have been with them for about 20 years
We met with Jenise Tobin regarding multiple accounts including some with beneficiaries and an estate. She was very patient with the many choices we had to make, shifting funds from different accounts and issuing checks to distant family members. We were impressed by her courtesy and professionalism and will be happy to call on her in the future.
