My mother who is elderly and disabled, has a cockroach infestation at the Werner street property, and they haven’t done anything about it and will not communicate with her at all. Maintenance is non existent as well as the owners. They are fraud and the worst management company I have ever heard of. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.
Extremely privacy invasive rental applications for underwhelming and ill-maintained properties with sky-high rents, not to mention outright abusive and publicly embarrassing company management. Renters and business partners alike: avoid at all costs
