My wife and I are patients of Dr Joyce. For the first time we decided to have our flu shots at the MQT clinic … efficient and excellent experience made even better with jabs by Nicole 👍.
This was my 2nd appointment at this office in Marquette. I had a decent experience, and really liked Dr Poirier at my first appt. I got to this particular appointment five minutes before my 7:40 appointment today. The door was locked. There was a receptionist, but she did not acknowledge me when I knocked on the door so I ran out to my car to get my phone to make sure I was at the right place. I love my Doctors office at The Marshfield Clinic plus my Nurse Mary she's awesome , Doctor Susan Balmer is great , funny , humorous , Nicole is great to I have ..its the best Doctors office too .i highly recommend everybody to The Marshfield Clinic at The Medical Center . tell Doctor Susan Balmer I sent you , you will love Nurse Mary she's cool , Nicole is great to. love to make them all laugh .
Phone lines never work, never receive a call back after multiple voicemails, sometimes not even regarding myself especially my grandmother struggles with this. Very inconvenient to run upstairs in the medical center to schedule every appointment since Marshfield was established here. I hope there will be a resolution to this somewhat soon. On the other note, everyone that works here. PA’s and Doctors are awesome, I still wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Such an excellent staff and very patient driven.
