BUYER BEWARE - Literally... I am a realtor with a buyer who chose this inspector and they literally killed the transaction for my client with the 4 Point Inspection regarding the roof that was insured by the homeowner and replaced by the HOA. We were owner of the home being inspected. Zachary Marquette came to our home with an attitude. He walked in and my wife wanted to show him how to use the fireplace and automated shower. He refused to be shown and put in his report that we obstructed his inspection. It had rained that day and most inspectors would complete the interior and then go outside. Not Zach he went in and out multiple times with wet boots with no regard that this was still our home and belongings. His report was fair but very poorly written and hard ... read more
