I have lived on this property for 3 years yes there was a high management turnover but that's because everybody claimed that they knew what they were doing. Raquel since she has been here has made it safer more secure and along with maintenance is working to make this property the best it can be. And whoever said that people who are leaving bad reviews probably got evicted or didn't pay their rent are not wrong.
