No heat at all all.winter i had to buy space heater, they never open the pool this is a ghettp place amd the water is hot and. Cold then they shut it off for days and no warning. The rent is too high for this place. They never repair anything they fimd during the inspectioms.they have . Lots of drug users and trash left all over not getting picked up by thr kids. Puke in hallways dog pee amd more in this fine place of living.
Since new management in March, this place has gotten become an enjoyable place to live. Affordable living, dog friendly, all utilities included, my five-year-old daughter and I love living here. it is a great community and has clean and good size apartments. I also appreciate work orders being done within a seven business day timeframe. Thank you, Kerri and staff for all that you do!
We've lived here since November 2024, and I'm telling you, since new management took over, this place has completely turned around! I absolutely love the staff here and the owner is amazing! Everywhere else in this town is EXPENSIVE, this place is truly affordable and comfortable!
When we first moved here it was just bad bad bad vibes ,the people here are really werid!!, we have a whole Asian man still stalking us , there are so many bugs ,spiders,roaches, bed bugs etc , the management is horrible, Karry dose not give help or care about one thing butt the rent.. the water went off said she would turn it on sat at 9 when it took her hours to turn on and we still have cold water no heater or ac we have also told Ms petty karry about this and she still haven't still helped wouldn't recommend staying here... read more
