In tge year and a half I was there, management changed 3 if not 4 times, there were mice. Doors that are supposed to be closed are propped open, the washing machines and dryers don’t work on a regular basis…use them at your own risk, there was hardly anyone in the office during office hours and couldn’t leave a message because the answering machine was full, currently Ive been waiting a month for my deposit refund and I had to reach out several times, I won’t be recommending these apartments to anyone. So much potential. Too bad they didn't utilize it.
The outside may seem rundown but the apartments are very nice, spacious and the sweet lady named Raquel does an excellent job making sure it’s safe, comfortable and wants to make this place beautiful in the future. I just moved in and I can say I really like this place. Utilities included!! awesome!!! There are cleaning people who come and clean the lobbies and stairs. Id say this is a good place to live!
I've been here a month. The apartments are nice, especially for the price because this is definitely cheap for Colorado Springs. I LOVE the woman that runs the office. We needed a place fast and she helped us out. Went above and beyond for us to get in here. The only thing I don't like about it is the heater situation, but they gave us a space heater to help us out which was incredibly generous. Seems to be pretty safe around here. I have had no issues. Five stars for Raquel! She went above and beyond to show me around and make me feel at ease during my visit. I'm very impressed with the property and is excited to move in once approved
