HOA is a joke! It's been going on two whole months, my fire extinguisher was stolen and I informed the HOA and nobody has replaced it. Jade realty is terrible These guys only care about money. I'm in the military and am tasked to deploy. They called me and asked why I wasn't giving them a 30 days notice making it out to be my fault for not planning this out . I asked for liniency in that part of the lease agreement for military members and 'Jazmin' and her agent escalated things for no reason. explaining to me that the land lord yelled at her for me asking this.
