Known Marques for a couples years but first time using him as our realtor and we were not disappointed. The help that was given before, during and throughout settlement helped made this process go by smoothly. He answers quickly, gets you your information as quick as possible and was also a lending hand for certain mishaps. Truly appreciated and highly recommended as always!
Marques was recommended as a realtor and quite frankly the only thing that would have been better about this experience is if we found him first. That's how pleasant the experience was in working with him. Marques is knowledgable and very patient. He advocated for us and completely did his due diligence during odd negotiation windows that occured in purchasing the property. He recognizes how important it is for you to be comfortable and happy with the house you purchase. It's very clear how committed he is to developing true... read more
Marques was absolutely fantastic throughout our entire house search! He took the time to truly understand what we wanted and needed, and he worked tirelessly to find homes that checked all our boxes. He patiently walked us through every step of the home-buying process, making everything clear and easy to understand. Marques also connected us with an excellent mortgage company that guided us smoothly through the financing side of things. Thanks to Marques and his amazing team at Elite Property Group of Keller Williams Realty,... read more
Marques was recommended to me by a reliable source and I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with him. He is easy to work with, showcasing his knowledge and professionalism for the business. Marques was always available to assist me or answers questions about the sale of our home. I would not hesitate to use him again and will highly recommend him to others wishing to sell or buy a home.
My experience with Marquise was nothing short of amazing. He was phenomenal when it came to communication and transparency. I had inherited a property from my grandmother and this was my first time ever dealing with an estate property (I was lost lol) but Marques made it a one stop shop from selling to handling the title. I was always updated on everything no matter how small it was. This will definitely be working with Marques again and recommend!!! 😁
