They were very kind, gentle and informative when my schnauzer was near the end of her life.
They are so kind and helpful here. I have only gone here for my pet’s emergencies for the past 6 years and they have always been so professional and had the best service. The vets and techs are great people.
Marqueen is simply the best. We had an emergency with our Frenchie and they took the absolute best care of him. They sent pictures of him during his stay and kept communication consistent snd thorough. It was an emotional experience for us, but I knew I could trust them and that my dog was in the best of care. Our sweet boy is now home and back to his normal self. Thank you Marqueen for saving our dog’s life and making him comfortable. ❤️
Horrible experience with our cat Simba. 5 hours he was there before they did anything to help his vomiting and dehydration. They were too focused on racking up the bill with treatment suggestions he did not need. At 3 am when we finally got home he never stood up or walked again. Didnt eat. We had to put him down the next day. DO BETTER MACGUEEN...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU CAN MAKE.
I brought my dog Comet to this place late one night and they told me he had kennel cough and was very expensive. They told me to call his regular vet the next day and get medication. I took my dog to my regular vet the next day and they let me know he had pneumonia.
