I brought my dog Comet to this place late one night and they told me he had kennel cough and was very expensive. They told me to call his regular vet the next day and get medication. I took my dog to my regular vet the next day and they let me know he had pneumonia.
This place saved my dog. We ended up here when my elderly dog was having trouble breathing. They immediately took him back, treated us with respect, let us visit when he was admitted and truly cared for him. Every single person we met there was truly an angel and made an impact. They never sugar coated what could be the potential outcome, gave me all of my options while explaining how each could impact him. I am forever grateful for the additional time they have given me.
I am giving them the 2 stars cause they were nice and got my dog in right away, but they should be ashamed at the mark up they are giving customers. They gave me a medicine for my dog to slow down her internal bleeding that they are charging $115 a week, I found out after 2nd week refill that anyone can get it at an herbal local store or online for $12 for a week supply. It has taken me a few months to be able to write this. Every time I started to write, I couldn't continue through the tears. In December, my sweet 7-year-old Golden, Addie, was diagnosed with severe pulmonary edema by her primary vet. This hit us out of nowhere because, despite being so sick, she, being the sweet girl that she was, was still doing everything she could to please us and love on us. Dr. Murray is AMAZING!! I have nothing but great things to say. My husband and I brought our cat here for a second opinion on a treatment plan for her mast cell cancer, and she was so thorough in describing everything to us and what we can expect in the future with the (very limited) information we have on hand.
