i had to have my dog put to sleep unfortunately, and the staff did everything they could to make her last moments peaceful. Very grateful highly recommend this place for their professionalism.
This was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, and it didn't have to be. My elderly dog was brought in for sudden lung issues and ultimately had to be put down. While he was alone in the back, scared and audibly whimpering, staff were laughing and joking within earshot. I was left sitting there, terrified and grieving, while no one communicated with me or showed the slightest concern. Only come here if you have more money than God. They charged me $600 to look at my cat who was losing a tooth. They didn't do anything, he lost his tooth on his own the next day.
