I have to say, Marqueen Pet Emergency Clinic was one of the most enjoyable experiences I could ever imagine while dealing with a very complicated and critical pet emergency. I found every one of the vets we worked with over a four-day period to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. All they care about is MONEY. We took our dog in for emergency care, and they turned her away because of a DOUBLE CHARGE they had previously billed us. We ONLY disputed the duplicate charge, NOT the legitimate one. I decided not to pay the $4000 to treat the neck wound and to take her to another vet. The other vet immediately recognized the hip was dislocated and without immediate treatment will become permanent damage without extensive... read more

I brought my very sick senior yorkie in yesterday morning around 10 am since we were referred here by another EMERGENCY hospital that was not equipped for an ultrasound which was what my baby needed. We didn’t get vitals until an hour later and then once we’re in a room an hour after that to talk to a dr we waited for another 2 hours and then the dr tells us they’ll go ahead and do the ultrasound and said it will be done anytime before 6pm because we were a “walk in” THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY... read more
