Kyle and team were a nightmare to deal with. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I hope he has obtained better subcontractors because some of the ones he used on our build were bottom of the barrel in quality.

We absolutely loved Kyle and Marquee Homes! When talking about finding a builder, I heard so many cautionary tales, but there was absolutely no reason to fear with Kyle and his team. They were amazing, gave clear expectations, organized, helpful, gave good advice, answered all our questions, handled our unique situation with ease, stayed on schedule, and stayed on budget. Kyle builds every house as if building his own. I’d recommend him and his team to any of my closest friends and family members.

We had a wonderful experience building a custom home with Kyle and the team at Marquee Homes. We spoke with several different builders during the initial process, and we by far felt the most comfortable with Kyle and his team. They were very patient with us as we asked a ton of questions and sorted through the selection process. Not only that, the price was competitive (if not better) than the other builders. In July 2025, my wife and I were able to move into our dream home, built by Marquee Homes Inc. We’ve been here three months, and we love it. Our custom home construction experience was tremendous. When looking for a custom home builder, we had spoken to a few in the area and chose Marquee Homes. Their team was welcoming and kind. While we did not know much about the construction process, Kyle and his team were very helpful and made the decision easy to proceed. They built our dream home that we will enjoy for years to come.
