We have been in the pool and got ejected for being Jewish in our holiday and the staff have been racist about us and said we don’t care about your holiday “Passover” and you are bad Jewish , it really hurt when we closed 7 rooms in the hotel and came for a holiday in “5” star hotel, and all of that because we cannot eat from the pool bar and came with our own food the pool because of the kosher situation. So we had a racist situation in the hotel with the management, we came to the hotel for a Passover holiday with all of our friends and family and booked 7 rooms in the hotel, when we arrived at the hotel , we went to the pool and booked a Cabana for our people. First of all we went to the supervisor and explained our situation about our religion being Jewish that we cannot eat food / drink something is not kosher , and the pool management allowed us to use our own ingredients for this special need and everything was fine. I had a deeply upsetting and unacceptable experience at this place. What I encountered went far beyond poor service—it was outright discriminatory and offensive. Buy the drink package! I cannot stress this enough 2 drinks cost us $70. The vibe is good but there is no shade or seating unless you buy a package.
