Rob gave a great tour, answered all my questions, and was super helpful!
I moved into my apartment in January and I have been extremely satisfied. The amenities are fabulous, the building is decently insulated from sound, the maintenance team is A+ and the property management team is awesome and friendly. Super happy I chose to live here.

Just got done with a fantastic tour from Rob Johnson. I've been a little worried about finding the right place in Minneapolis, but he was very honest and forthright about pricing (considering utilities). He emailed me clear quotes for all of the units I was interested in, right there, before the tour even started, so I didn't need to worry about it. Then, on the tour itself, he was very conscious to be asking me if I had any questions throughout. And all this before even getting to the apartment itself - which seems amazing.... read more
