They were kind and efficient. I missed my first appointment, and they were able to get me another in the same day.
Horrible experience. I waited over an hour just to be seen, then was placed on a rushed Zoom call with a physician that lasted barely two minutes. Before that, I waited an additional 20 minutes just for the doctor to log into Zoom. They took a strep throat test and told me I wouldn’t receive the results for 4–5 days, which is ridiculous by then I’ll likely be healed, making the results pointless, especially since no treatment was given at all. Save your money and time. This place is awful. I checked in online and the didn’t honor my place in line once there. I went in there with awful symptoms and they could care less about how awful I was feeling. Once inside there was zero communication with me. They put me in a room for 25 mins finally came in and said “we have a virtual visit set up for you”. I said no, I came here to meet someone and they said it’s the same thing.
