The young hispanic front desk associate not helpful,not maria. My paperwork was incorrect & wrong dates (3 months off) and when I started explaining this to the office manager and this girl they just questioned me and acted inconvenienced to tell the doctor to change it, you can’t just continue to have false information on my file. Especially with the error, the clinical notes are not detailed ever at this office especially when you need to share visit notes with a doctor who will actually refer patients. I was helped by a professional every step of the process with kindness and professionalism.
Amazing facility that I would highly recommend. Everyone from the Physician, to the admin, to the X-ray tech was professional and so kind. Facility was cleanly, and they were able to help me promptly despite the fact that I did not schedule an appointment. Extremely phenomenal urgent care that you should go to!
Every time I go thier the provider and the staffs are so nice doing thier job good and I dont take long time at the clinic.
