Phone attendant hung up on me. I was just getting their office hours. Was unable to get that information. I was very polite on the phone.
Lame customer service. Covid is gone & the doctor is only seeing me through the monitor. How can you get accurate results and prescribe me specific medications when your not present?
Made an appointment for my daughter for a urgent manner, drove to Riverside and was told their only virtual visits only. False online advertising. Don’t come here! N
Made an appointment online, drove there to be told they are only accepting online visits. Terrible communication and customer service.
Don’t waste your time going there. Very bad customer service especially the receptionist named Marylou. She kept my info like my drivers license & credit card while she let me wait outside. Didn’t even bother to give it back to me. She was very rude too.
