Don't expect much from this place. If you have an ear infection, they'll offer you a steroid injection....If you fracture your spine....they'll offer you a steroid injection... while the PA rushes you out and is condescending.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and efficient.
I had a very disappointing experience with their online urgent care service. I booked a 15-minute video call to talk about my mental health stress and to ask for a doctor’s note for work. Instead of the week I needed, they only gave me 2 days. No prescription or treatment was provided. Before the visit, the front desk confirmed that my insurance (Cigna) would cover everything except the standard copay.
