I always receive very quick and efficient service; they are very friendly here at the Lake Forest office. The atmosphere is always very pleasant, clean, and relaxing. The whole team does a great job; they always follow up on your health after your visit, and that’s really great. Thank you so much for your help
I can't say enough good things about this urgent care! Every nurse and doctor I've seen has been incredibly warm, caring, and helpful. They always take the time to listen, and I never feel rushed. One of the best parts is that I'm usually seen very quickly with hardly any wait, which is a huge plus with my busy schedule. It's such a relief knowing I can count on great care that's also efficient. And right next to my pharmacy! Highly recommend!
Chelsea was helpful professional and kind. She made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this location because Nikki and Chelsea were phenomenal.
I reserved a space. I didn't have to wait very long. I received exceptional care from the entire staff. Definitely would go back.
Had a ear wax flush. It was stressful and slightly painful but was made even more stressful by the in experienced young man who preformed the procedure by not using warm water instead of ice cold water it was a shock to say the least. I mentioned it to him but he still proceeded even as I keep complaining. I mentioned this to the Dr after the procedure she was also surprised that cold water was used instead of warm water. She apologized ! Next time I'll go to a ear nose specialist !!!
