Soon as I walked in, I felt relieved. Most places there’s always at least 1 person who doesn’t seem so happy or has an attitude. BUT NOT HERE! Everyone was friendly had a smile on their face and actually LISTENED to me, as in did not try and dismiss me. Highly recommend! Nice and clean facility as well. Easy check in process.
Friendly environment and nice treatment from staff
Staff is always welcoming and super nice, the wait isn’t too long compared to actual doctor’s offices. Whenever my kiddos are sick this is the place I take them too, great service! Highly recommend.
i’ve been here twice for both my girls (one an infant, the other 7yrs) and both times have been great experiences. they’re friendly, helpful, and efficient. i did a walk in both times and didn’t wait too long, even when told there was only one provider and there would be a wait we still were seen in a timely fashion, but i appreciated the heads up nonetheless!
Avoid! Sat in exam room waiting 40 mins to be seen. Went to the front desk to ask and was only told then that the providers were on a lunch break. I asked how much long and was told at least 30 minutes. No one informed me when I got there. The receptionist said, “oh I’m sorry, that was on me.” I left. Go anywhere else but here.
