They were kind and efficient. I missed my first appointment, and they were able to get me another in the same day.
Horrible experience. I waited over an hour just to be seen, then was placed on a rushed Zoom call with a physician that lasted barely two minutes. Before that, I waited an additional 20 minutes just for the doctor to log into Zoom. They took a strep throat test and told me I wouldn’t receive the results for 4–5 days, which is ridiculous by then I’ll likely be healed, making the results pointless, especially since no treatment was given at all.
