My daughter was seen at this urgent care 2x within about a week span. My 4 year old daughter was developing an infection on her stomach and we were hoping to go to get antibiotics. On that visit we were not sent home with discharge paper work nor were we informed they had done testing on the site. They had not properly educated my husband on what was going on or when to seek emergency care for the issue. Marque is always there when you needed them the most. I have been going to Marque Urgent Care Eastlake and the team is always pleasant, like I feel secured knowing that if I get hurt or family members, Marque is there to help out. The team is welcoming. My experience at this urgent care was not the best. I was charged more than I thought I would be for a telehealth visit when I would have been charged less for a physical visit. I was never informed that the visit would be more if it was through video chat. Also, the provider didn’t even have all of my results when I met with her and I had to tell her my results. Was recommended this Urgent Care by a friend. I booked a reservation to be seen at 11:15am and was seen at 11:17am, not a long wait at all. The staff were very friendly, prompt service, and very caring towards my 20 month old. One of the best Urgent Cares I’ve been too..
