Both the Grossmont and Eastlake offices are very nice. However that doesn't negate the fact that at Eastlake, I was given a minimal evaluation and it was assumed that the problem with my knee was ligaments. I asked about an x-ray and the provider said she didn't think one was warranted which I seriously disagree with.
Both the Grossmont and Eastlake offices are extremely helpful and don't mind questions. The providers at both offices are very very helpful. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and friendly. The provider seemed extremely knowledgeable about my knee issue and gave me several things to do to improve it.
I liked that you're able to make appointments and they respect the time to be seen. However, NP was a bit rushed and not very friendly.
Brought my son for a quick follow up anfter the emergency room doctor and staff were so kind and professional very thankful and happy I came here.
Okay service. They’re in a rush so it doesn’t feel like the doctor is really taking their time with you. Otherwise everything else was fine, not really a long wait time.
