Took my father in for a suspected UTI. He needed to provide a sample, but couldn't, even after a couple of hours of drinking water. We took a sample cup, which I brought back around 5pm once he'd filled it. I mention the time, because I wanted to ensure I brought it back with sufficient time for testing. This clinic is clean, the staff was welcoming, there was no long wait, they were efficient and quick. Plus their online check in service made the process even faster.
Great customer service and friendly staff. Last time I was there I could not hear very well so Dr. Melody Saysana did examine my ears and she diagnosed that my ears were impacted with earwax. Oscar did clean my ears and I liked the fact that he was explaining the process as he was doing it, he showed interest in my wellbeing and at the end of the procedure my hearing was normal. I highly recommend this clinic 👌
This was one of the worst healthcare experiences we have ever had. The Department of Health should seriously investigate this establishment and its practices. We booked an appointment online and waited over an hour past our scheduled time. When we were finally taken into a room, it was excessively sprayed with Lysol, had no proper ventilation, and made it very difficult to breathe comfortably.
