It was my first time going to a urgent care clinic in a real long time and this place was Super easy called setup my reserve time the website to input information was super fast and easy walked check in thru my phone wait and was attended super fast employees are super friendly and helpful doctor was great the whole experience was super easy quick and professional loved it

I feel like crap right now, but I have to come on here and leave a review, this place is awesome, my first time today…I know nothing is perfect all the time but! I didn’t know they were so close to my home. Now I don’t think I’ll ever go to any of the other urgent cares again! This one is Fast, show concern and have patience with letting you explain what’s going on, doctors and nurses are very knowledgable and nice, this place is Clean! The entire process was fantastic. I booked my scheduled time slot on line last night for 9:30am today (next day) check in on line with all the paperwork. Didn't have to complete anything upon arrival. Waited <5 mins. Called in. Vitals taken. Strep Test taken. Put in room to see doc for <10 mins. Doc came in confirmed I had strep throat. Printed out paperwork with what to do antibiotics etc. Left your location at 10am. If only ALL medical appointments were always like that. Thank you.
When i am unable to get an appointment with my primary care provider....Marque Urgent Care Eastlake location is my "go to" urgent care!! I am very happy with the super easy/convenient/fast check in process system which they use. Each of the times I have need to schedule an appointment, i just confirmed my inform was correct, because it was already onnfile!! Yay!
