The receptionist and the nurse/MA was absolutely great, helpful, awesome, professional . The MD was okay...she was kind of vague on the information that she was giving...which made me think it's because of this next part...I called back like 15 minutes later to verify one simple thing and the guy on the phone said that it was medical advice that the doctor would have to provide so it needs another visit????? I scheduled an appointment for a sports physical for my daughter and we have been waiting for more than 2 hours and still haven’t been seen. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment.
When I couldn’t schedule a sports physical with my child’s PCP during the same month that it was needed, I turned to Marque urgent care. My child’s physical was done on the same day that I called with no wait time. Everyone at this location was professional, courteous, and friendly.
