Commonheart Hospice took care of my niece during the last 3 days of her life. She received more care during those 3 days than she got in the 6 weeks from her prior hospice. The quality of care, the compassion, the availability, providing medical equipment that enhanced her comfort, the respectfulness of staff ... all were phenomenal. Her primary nurse, Lynn, skillfully, professionally, and compassionately provided end of life care. I would highly recommend Commonheart Hospice!
Nicole is the most caring and best cna! Ensures all people are cleaned up and taken care of. Lori is also an amazing nurse!! Always helping and on top of what is needed for residents.
My cousin was in hospice at a local nursing home. The staff at Commonheart who supported our families was awesome. They explained things as many times as we needed, with compassion and patience.
