Bek is simply amazing. Placing the right people into the right properties with no hassle.
Peta is absolutely unreal. From beginning to end, she handled everything throughout the rental process with such grace and ease. Any maintenance concerns were addressed quickly and any general questions answered promptly. If it weren't for an interstate move, my husband and I would definitely have asked Peta to help us lock in a forever home. Can't recommend her and Marq enough.
I had an amazing experience with MARQ Property and specifically with Alex as the property manager over the 2 years I had my property rented out. Alex made everything so easy from dealing with unexpected repairs to making the re-listing process seamless and answering all my questions. Even though I now no longer have my property, Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her and MARQ!
Ava is a friendly and responsive property manager. She actioned my requests as a tenant in a timely and reasonable manner including replacement of property inclusions and lease changes. She provided fast feedback on all inspections. It was a pleasure having Ava as my manager.
I write this review as a renter and have nothing but praises to sing about the team at MARQ Property. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. My property manager Emma Beauman was responsive, communicative and professional. If I ever had encountered an issue at the property (hot water issues, lighting, etc) it was resolved within the week.
