We engaged Nik from MARQ Property to sell our house in Canberra while we were living in Queensland. The house needed work done and renovations in order to go to market. Ever since Emma Coleman left my positive experience and relationship with MARQ has deteriorated. While the new property manager (PM) is generally professional, I have concerns with about how they are dismissive about issues I have raised. For example, the external doorhandle to my apartment's mechanism was exposed and I reported it to the PM, the did not consider it urgent as I had not requested it straight away.
