I rented through MARQ property and was very disappointed with how the bond process was handled. We left the property in a very clean and tidy condition, including arranging professional cleaning and steam-cleaning of carpets. After the final inspection, we were still asked to re- clean certain areas, which we did. Even after following their requests, the agency claimed there were "still issues" but they did not have a initial conditionreport, so based on what were you comparing.
