Their property management division provides appalling service. I strongly recommend avoiding them as either a tenant or a landlord, as they clearly prioritise other aspects of their business and show little concern for the quality of staff in this department.
Avoid having Emma Beauman, in having anything to do with your rental property! Appalled at how she handled our end of lease, as loyal tenants of 11 years! Never any complaints, ever! We recently sold our apartment in Canberra, which ordinarily should be a straightforward process, but unfortunately another unit in the complex had a plumbing leak, which flooded our apartment right before our sales campaign was to commence.
