After being a property manager for 17 years in NSW my parents have recently had this agent tell Them to pick up their file because they requested bills to be paid when they are due and not 2 or 3 months prior which is a a more then reasonable request It’s absolutely ridiculous and as agent it’s so disappointing that your agency think this type of behaviour is acceptable.
Dear MARQ, after 7 years of renting my townhouse from both LJ Hooker and then MARQ, I have bought it. I wanted to say a big thank you to all my wonderful property managers, of which I have had 4. I started with no rental hx in this country, having been an owner of 3 properties and never rented. Victoria M gave me a chance in a competitive market and I had a great rapport with her, Christine M, Bek T and finally Chelsea H. All the managers have been professional, kind and understanding. It's been a pleasure dealing with MARQ.
I am writing this review as Marq Property, did not provide me the opportunity to review my experience on their website. The experience from start to finish purchasing my new property was an absolute nightmare and I would not wish the kind of treatment I experienced from Sam and Marq Property on my worst enemy. Frances was so friendly and helpful throughout the selling process. She helped organise everything along the way making it a very simple and smooth process. She is great.
I had an excellent experience renting through Maddy Jeffery, Portfolio Manager. She was always professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any queries or maintenance issues. Maddy made the whole process — from moving in to moving out — incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she genuinely cared about providing great service.
