The community is safe but small parking spaces in the deck. Maintenance is excellent here. Monica and Jay are very fast and efficient!
This is how I received the apartment when I moved in 2 months ago, management don’t care and the maintenance people said something along the lines of this is because the apartment is not remodeled, I just had to pass the vaccine and it got stock with the amount of hair in the carpet. Sending an email to the lease office is like sending it directly to their “deleted” email folder, no one will ever respond. Jay is the man. He fixes everything quickly. He’s always working around the building.
We went to check out several different apartments in Charlotte last Saturday. All had open signs on door, but no one inside. LaShonda greeted us at Midtown 205, and was super helpful and accommodating. She has been very responsive and helpful through the application process. Would definitely recommend.
