Terrible current management….gates and doors always broken, firearms constantly going off, locker room broken, decreased cleaning. They must do better
This morning while walking the uptown area as I am looking for a new residence I stopped in to inquire about the two-bedroom apartments I was greeted by the consultant agent with the nastiest attitude! It could have been because of my workout attire because I decided to park my vehicle and walk in the community to which I looked to reside in. However, the customer service and hospitality what's below standard.
I had a good overall experience at Midtown 205 and would give it 4 out of 5 stars. When I first moved in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. The community events, upgraded gym, lounge, and game room were all great amenities. Over time, however, I noticed a decline in service. Elevators were frequently out of order, the building access system became unreliable, and security concerns increased with people getting into the building after hours. Things weren’t great before this management, however, they were much more proactive in ensuring the safety of the residents and ensuring any safety aspects to the building were resolved in a timely manner in keeping the residents safe. As well as the maintenance team before this new management took over were AMAZING! Since the transition to the new property management in February or early March, the community has experienced a noticeable decline in both safety and overall upkeep.
