I have lived here for about half a year so far and am very happy with choice to live here. The interior of the apartments is very nice and location is very convenient. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests when needed as well. Overall, I would recommend to anyone searching for an apartment in the Charlotte area.

I had a great experience moving into Midtown 205. From the moment my family and I walked in, Clare was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She really listened to what we were looking for, gave us a thorough tour, and supported us through the entire application process and move in. Credit where it's due, the interior of the apartments are very nice, and it's hard to find better for the price. However, living there was very stressful and I had no sense of security the whole time due to many car break ins, lack of security cameras, doors and locks being broken/out of order, air bnb residents walking around, and absolutely ear-piercing fire alarms going off at 2 AM.
