I had a wonderful experience with Tiera at Midtown 205 during my apartment search with my mother. She was incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I moved here in December and had a great experience with the leasing team, maintenance team and the security of the place. New management just took over a month ago and this place now sucks! I have left now 7 messages at the office for somebody to return my call. They just refuse to call you back! I had a maintenance issue and I had to call back three times because they never fixed the issue in my apartment. The security of the building is no longer secure!
