It’s 1:20 am and fire alarm is going off again( happens a lot during the week in the middle of the night for no apparent reason) 20 min so far. We had car theft in “secure” garage 3 times on floor number 3 alone and no response from Corporate about visible cameras, security or signage. 2 car break ins for me as well! Greystar does not care and in 18 months has also gotten dirty- urine in elevator, trash in hall and garage - it didn’t used to be like this but something has changed. I have quite a few complaints with Midtown 205. I’ll list them off in bullets to keep it organized. • Fire alarms going off once every week minimum • Stolen and/or broken into vehicles inside the “secure” parking garage • Doors that require faubs or codes that have remained unfixed for weeks on end to a month • Water filters that weren’t replaced before new residents moved in • Moldy water in the toilets • Maintenance crew picking and choosing when to come during a scheduled maintenance • Leasing office crew providing minima... read more
PLEASE LISTEN TO MY WARNING: Under no circumstances should you ever sign a lease here. Please I repeat DO NOT LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT. Moving here has been my biggest regret. All my neighbours I’ve spoken to hate it as well. I cannot wait for the day my lease is up. The fire alarm will go off at ANY time for up to 45 minutes straight day or night and management has no answer for this ongoing issue. I came to the complex to meet a friend and was met by a woman name Mariah that worked in the office at the leasing center. Genuinely confused about where to go she asked in a rather what could only be described as a “nice, yet very sharp and nasty” tone of voice if I “needed help.” I stated that I was supposed to meet a friend and that I may have been at the wrong location.
