I cannot count how many times the fire alarms have gone off. It is unsafe if we can’t trust our own fire alarm system. Then when the fire alarms go off, the fire exit is locked and we have to go to the other side of the building. Cars get broken into all the time and they act like it’s not their fault but the doors to the garage have been unlocked for over a month at this point. Jay and Monica were very wonderful and very nice! They fixed my sink very fast and it's in good working order!
I’ve been in midtown for a few months now and in the time that I’ve been here I’ve had some wonderful interactions with the leasing staff and the maintenance team. In particular, Jay, has been prompt, attentive, friendly, and professional in fixing all of my maintenance needs. Anytime I have any unit issue, Jay is always the first to respond and go above and beyond to not just find a quick fix, but ensure the issues do not occur in the future. Many thanks!
