This isn’t a terrible place to live, but for months there has been an issue with fire alarms going off during the day, and in the middle of the night. I work from home and have had to cancel clients because my alarm was blaring, and it has woken me and my wife up in the middle of the night around 2 am and 4 am. No communication from management on whether this is being taken care of. It’s been exhausting for months.
Oh man, where do I start. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in my life. Only pro was that my balcony faced the city with a sick view, but even that was taken away when they were doing “quick construction of my balcony” that lasted over 1 month, of a jackhammer outside my window starting at 7am daily, with them forcing us to keep our outdoor furniture inside… The AC went out more times than I could count, the fire alarms go off at random times during the night. Jennifer is such a pleasant person to see in the office. Alexandra is amazing as well.
I’ve lived here for 6 months and it has been my worst apartment experience. I wouldn’t recommend moving here unless there are serious changes made by management. For the first month I was here, I actually loved it. The staff was friendly, communicative and at the very least cared, but that ended with a management change and it’s been downhill ever since. Last year, I would’ve recommended this place wholeheartedly. It has gone downhill so much in the past several months. We have had three new management teams, one from a previous owner and now two teams from the new owner. Cons: - The biggest issue is the fire alarms. This has been an ongoing issue for the past year. The fire alarm has gone off at random intervals, usually in the middle of the night/early morning, about once a month at minimum.
