The management team was very accommodating after having an issue with the original apartment I was looking for. They were all super friendly and helpful. Thank you!
I absolutely love this community! 205 has great amenities, the saltwater pool area is Zen, the gym for everyday or the occasional workout and the game room with the pool table and arcade games. The whole property management team has been great, friendly and maintenance is quick to be addressed. Variety of floorplans and upgrades to fit every budget. So happy I choose Midtown 205 for my residence. 10/10 walk friendly as well.
I have whiplash from how great the previous management was vs the disaster that is this current management. Doors were wide open for a good 2 months with half-assed updates. They stopped being transparent about their pricing online. Shorty after I moved in, February 2026, my dad was also looking to move in as well, in May. We saw the price at $1300 a month and he was verbally told by the office that would be roughly how much he'd be paying for the unit. Turns out that wasn't true and now he's paying roughly $1500. Seriously love living here , but the 12 am fire alarms that last for 30 mins is seriously insane , getting scared out my sleep is crazy , midtown please fix this your residents would appreciate you xx
Terrible current management….gates and doors always broken, firearms constantly going off, locker room broken, decreased cleaning. They must do better
