Moved in in February and so far don’t have any complaints
I’ve been here for several months now. This is the best property management I’ve experienced in a long time. From the way the take care of the property to the communication to the organization of maintenance that needs to get done. There was a hiccup with the pool opening on Memorial Day weekend, but they did keep us informed regularly and will be extending the closing day to accommodate for time missed. I’ve had a great experience living at Marq Iliff Station Apartments! The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. I really enjoy the amenities, like the fitness center and the common areas. The location is also super convenient — close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation.
