I’m writing this review as a resident who lived at Marq Iliff for almost two years. Marq Iliff is a community with newer units, and the apartments are comfortable, pleasant, and cozy inside. The maintenance team was always quick and helpful. Whenever we had any issues, they were resolved promptly. Brittany is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. El señor Nuevo de mantenimiento Martin, es muy bueno espere casi un año por arreglos en el apartamento y el mantenimiento anterior nunca fueron hacer nada, pero él llego y en un día hizo todo, la verdad muy contenta con su trabajo ahora si se Vera un cambio en el edifcio.
El Señor Martín y su acompañante, encargados del mantenimiento, brindaron un excelente servicio, dando solución a todos los inconvenientes presentados en el apto, fueron muy amables, eficientes y respetuosos. 👏
My Hot water heater wasn’t working so I called maintenance. Martine showed up in a quick amount of time , was personable , helped me fix what was just a breaker switch &’ didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing. I’ve had a couple issues since i’ve lived here but the response has always been timely &’ they take care of what needed to be done ! Wonderful community !
Lived here for years. Wanted to put in a well-deserved friendly review for the office, the groundskeeping, and maintenance (mentioning Martin C) for all the help over the years. Thank you!
