I have lived at Riverside Apartments for three years now. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent as long as you're okay with the airport noise and the loud cars that are seemingly impossible to avoid in the Valley these days. The walls and floors are a bit thin, which doesn't help with the sound, but a little noise is acceptable for young people. been having to deal with a horrible roach problem for the pest several weeks. Even though I clean regularly, never leave dirty dishes out, take my trash out daily, and put all my food in storage containers. While management has implemented a protocol. It is still ongoing.
