I’m really disappointed with my new place. Online it shows nothing but really nice apartments and constantly states that it’s luxury living with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. That’s not at all what I got. Everything is outdated with wood fiber countertops, stoves that have coils, a small fridge that leaves a huge gap where it’s placed. I've been living here for just over a year now, and I genuinely love my unit and the community. Thankfully, I haven't had any pest issues, even though I've seen reviews from other residents mentioning problems in their units. I think I just got lucky in that regard. My biggest complaint is the management and front desk staff. Every single interaction I've had with them has been some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the leasing office. I recently moved in and had an issue with a payment made through the resident portal. The portal accepted a payment of $375 when the amount I was expecting to pay was approximately $215, resulting in an overpayment. When I went into the office to ask why the overpayment could not be refunded, I was not looking to argue—I simply wanted an explanation.
