My spouse and I are new residents of Riverside and, while we’ve only been here for a couple of days, they have taken good care of us so far. Due to a mistake made by the previous management team, we were placed in the incorrect unit, but management had the issue fixed in less than 24 hours. I was approved for Unit 127 and received confirmation by email with all the move-in costs. I submitted my rental insurance and did everything required. When I showed up to move in, I was told the unit wasn’t ready — and that someone meant to call me but was “too busy.” The leasing office tried to blame it on being busy, but there’s only one person working there doing everything, which clearly affects communication and professionalism. I sincerely appreciate the can-do attitude and willingness to help on short notice at Riverside Apartment Homes. I have lived at Riverside for 12 months and just extended my lease for 15 more months because my new apartment as a transfer was a smooth and a stressfree transition. I recommend Riverside Apartments to Veterans and Dependents going to college because the location is prime and rent costs are reasonable.
