My husband & I have moved a handful of times within the last 2 years and this place is by far our favorite! The leasing team answers questions what feels like a matter of minutes! Work orders are followed up with the next day. The communication is better than any I have experienced. Had to update my review due to constant elevator issues. The water has been shut off since 9:00 AM today till 3pm, and management didn't even send a courtesy email so residents could prepare in advance. Pros: 1. Good floor plan. 2. Great location. Although it's near 3rd Avenue, with occasional break-ins and package thefts, it is within walking distance for work, waterfront, and transit. 3. Rooftop with nice views. 4. They can’t even maintain the building properly. Elevators have been broken multiple times in the 4 months I’ve been living here
In my almost 1.5 years of the stay, 1 lift was down for atleast 1 year. Both were down are with issues for easily 6 months. Management here only does friendly talking and doesnt provide any actual updates on when the issues will be resolved. The valet trash service is trash and they are very irregular. But tenants are charged $15 a month for it. Package and mail theft is another problem.
