Poor maintenance :/ Both the Elevators has been unfunctional for the past one month. Added to that, we only had a single functional elevator for more than 2 months in 2025. Update: They had finally fixed the elevator after 3 weeks
Pathetic maintenance. How does management expect residents to carry groceries or personal belongings up five floors of stairs for over a month with no elevator? Instead of fixing the issue promptly, management continues to delay repairs, seemingly waiting to hire the cheapest vendor.
I initially enjoyed living here because the rental rates felt reasonable for what was offered, and overall I was happy with the apartment quality. For a long time, it felt like you were getting fair value for the price. I have been a resident of this building since 2023 and the quality of life has not been the best to be honest but was at least livable considering the neighborhood. This year things have changed drastically. This property is currently failing to meet basic operational standards. Since January 26, both elevators in this six-story, 80+ unit building have been completely inoperable.
