Katrina was great and she gave such an informative tour! She’s so friendly!
My husband & I have moved a handful of times within the last 2 years and this place is by far our favorite! The leasing team answers questions what feels like a matter of minutes! Work orders are followed up with the next day. The communication is better than any I have experienced. The property is always clean, smells fresh and the homes has an amazing modern look. Location is great and security for building access is great. Happy to be here!
Marq 211 is a great apartment complex with an incredible location!! Pike place, water front, downtown, and all sorts of incredible coffee shops are all only a short walk away! The management team is phenomenal, especially Katrina who completely sold us on our apartment. The maintenance team responds and fixes any issues efficiently, though there are little to no issues that even need addressing. Overall I would highly recommend anyone looking to move into the downtown area to highly consider Marq 211!!
