Awesome place. The front office completely accommodated me when I was figuring out if I was staying in Seattle or moving out, dependent on outside variables. Walking distance to Pike Place. Great location to live if you like eating out, bars, movies. The lot across the street has some interesting characters, like any other larger city. Lived here for a couple years and would do so again.
I lived here for three years and had a really good experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in downtown Seattle. The location is hard to beat. It’s within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and tons of restaurants and bars, while still being in a relatively quiet area. During my visits to this apartment to see one of my friends, I experienced, like many others in these reviews, the terrible condition and maintenance of the two elevators, one of which has been fully out of order for the last three months. Completely unacceptable for a living community to be plagued with such consistent issues.
Visited my brother the other week and incredibly disappointed by the water shut off without notice issue that happened during my visit and the elevators that have been apparently out of order for months. Unacceptable for residents on higher floors or those with disabilities.
This is only 30 seconds of a 3 minute video and before that, I would upload the whole video but reviews only allow 30 seconds. I had already been waiting in the elevator for 5 minutes. When I was waiting in the garage for an elevator, it took over 30 minutes and still no elevator showed. The button turned off by itself multiple times. I would have taken the stairs earlier but I had groceries which were a pain to haul up.
