Dr. Knight is an absolute gem of a doctor. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough during my eye exam yesterday. I came in struggling with dry eyes, and she was able to answer all my questions and put my worries completely at ease. A truly wonderful doctor who is hard to come by!
I really don’t like one of their receptionist. I’m asking just a simple questions and she’s giving me information that I am not asking about. Like my previous appointments that I didn’t showed up bragging that I didn’t show up. I didn’t like it. And that’s not even the question I’m asking her about. I am very disappointed with the service. Instead of giving me at ease she made me stressed out.
I have gone here for years and I find it great Great staff and the Doctors have great "bedside manners"; meaning easy to talk to and they listen Wide variety of frames for all
Have great service at marpole optometry all the employees are really nice and Dr. knight is a great optometrist
