Normally, I wouldn't write a bad review, but something should be said. I had a root canal done-- pretty big deal for me since I've never had one done. In hindsight, the dentist was uncommunicative and had an aggressive nature when working in my mouth compared to others I've been to. It was off-putting. I was in pain when his hand would rest heavy on my lip. They also did not inform me that a temporary crown was not being done-- it should be included with the procedure cost. I have been going to see Dr. Lubinatoro since I was a child (I'm in my forties now) and have always appreciated the care he takes with me. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his dental practice.
Dr. Lubiantoro has been my dentist for many years, and he still cares about me and how I feel and how he can help me. He is a good dentist who pays attention to details. He always tries to educate me and makes me understand the importance of oral hygiene, explains what has happened and why some treatment is required. I'm very grateful to be a patient of Dr. Lubiantoro and his team as they are incredibly caring and attentive. Dr. Lubiantoro has a careful eye for detail and I always leave his office with squeaky clean teeth! The staff are also very welcoming and warm, making my dental experience much more comfortable. Great location and even better people!
I have been with Dr Lubiantoro for the past 7 years now and the experience has always been excellent. He and his team is friendly, knowledgeable respectful and professional. I would highly recommend them!
