No one was there to assist me with applications processing
Worst realtors on the planet. They do not communicate, do not respect the 24hr notice law, never repair issues you submit for repair, lie and call you names, accuse you of things you don’t do, among a host of other absolutely absurd violations to tenant law. You absolutely will need to brush up on your tenant laws and get an attorney when dealing with Marples. Be warned.
They manage a property on my street, Jamison Way in Castro Valley. Their tenants leave trash on the sidewalks and store multiple trash bins on the sidewalk all week long, blocking the right of way and contributing to neighborhood blight. I’ve contacted them several times to let them know and nothing has changed. I do not recommend if you want a leasing company that cares about enforcing and communicating tenant rules and at a minimum county code. This photo was taken on a Friday, trash gets picked up Tuesday morning.
Marples has been managing my property for over 15 years. They do a fantastic job and are very responsive. Additionally, they are quick to find new tenants.
