I have been their at this properties for three years in Antioch. Eventually I had to move out. I had to use my Attorney . They wanted me to shampoo and have professional cleaner to come in which is illegal ? Representing a landlord named William Ortega 2617 Torrey Pines Way Brentwood California. Who is a thief. He has not give my deposit back though he asked me to leave because he was quote selling the house. I complied and have been getting told since March 16th 2023 that he would tell me how much he is giving back

Absolutely the most unprofessional Realtor and office I have ever dealt with. Cathie and her son Matt mismanaged my property by keeping funds with no valid explanation whats so ever even though my husband and I requested on numerous occasions copies of receipts for work they claimed was performed by them. The over charging for the mediocre craftsmanship is astounding! We tried firing them several times and were met with opposition and supposal contract penalties.
