Awful service center.
Very professional and easy to deal with them. I dealt with Frank and he was very helpful and respectful. He took my car and explained to my in details what it needs. The next day they delivered the car to my house fixed and clean. Thanks Frank for being helpful and see you soon.
Awful service went for Second service on a Ford service package they did not change the fuel filter or rotate the tires. Waited for three hours while they change the oil and did not do what the package called for told me that the The fuel filter did not have to be changed on the second service even though I paid for that. Went again for an update that was supposed to be done to a truck they said they do not work on trucks that are over 10 years old even though my truck is under 10 years old did not seem like they wanted to d... read more
I showed up a week early . They took my car and were done in 2 hours.
