Scheduled an appointment online for service for my Ford Escape. You enter your information including mileage of the vehicle when scheduling an appointment. I drive the car to my appointment and was told they can not service the car because it is over 100,000 miles and has not been there for any type of service in the past. After asking why there wasn't any sort of note or warning on their website informing me of this, I was told different places have different policies. Been coming here for a few years now.. just wanted to shout out Harry for always keeping me updated, getting the truck in and out, helping navigate warranties and service plans, and never trying to upsell me with services I don't need.
