My sessions at Marpa Minds are like having a week’s vacation in less than 2 hours. The therapists and staff have been nothing but kind, gentle and highly responsive to my particular mindset when I arrive for a session. If I arrive rushed or flustered after a day at work, they first manage my blood pressure through quiet time, a snack, and just give me a moment to regroup. I felt really nervous starting Spravato, as anyone who begins their journey would. From The second I stepped in the lobby I knew I could be at ease. The staff has been so wonderfully supportive, calming and soothing. The space is warm and welcoming with state of the art headphones, tablets and little snacks to ward off the unpleasant taste of the medicine.
