They will quote you a "highest possible cost" then double it when it comes time to pay. They also do the absolute minimum then tell you its your fault because you only asked for A so we didn't do B. They're supposed to be the professionals but apparently YOU have to go in knowing exactly what's wrong with your car and tell them EXACTLY what and how to fix it.
